How long does delivery take?
Once you’ve approved your proof and your card is printed, NZ courier delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Do I approve the card before it prints?
Always. You receive a digital proof of the finished design and nothing goes to print until you approve it. Reasonable tweaks are included.
What photo should I send?
Any clear, well-lit photo works — an action shot from the sideline or a simple portrait. Phone photos are perfect. If the photo won’t do your legend justice, we’ll tell you and ask for another before designing.
How do you use the photo I upload?
We use your photo and order details to create and fulfil your card. The upload is stored privately, and is never placed in your Shopify cart or checkout data. Read our privacy policy before ordering.
Can I order cards for a club or team?
Yes. Team and club tiers bring the per-card price down to $39 at 108+ cards, and we can coordinate a single delivery for prizegiving night. Get in touch and we’ll set it up.
