Optional photo & card marketing permission

This permission is optional. Your answer does not affect your Founding 25 eligibility, $20 price, or your ability to order. If you are buying for someone else’s child, choose No unless the child’s parent or legal guardian has specifically authorised you to grant public marketing permission on their behalf. The parent or guardian can give permission later through our Privacy & Photo Consent page.

YES — I give permission. I confirm I am the child’s parent/legal guardian, or I have their specific authority to grant this public marketing permission. I give Little Legends Cards NZ permission to use the child photo(s) provided for the card(s), and photographs, digital images or video showing the finished personalised card(s), for Little Legends marketing and promotion. This may include the Little Legends website, organic and paid social media, digital and printed advertising, email marketing, portfolio/examples, club or school promotional material, and other Little Legends promotional channels. This permission also covers the child’s name, sport, club/team and other information that remains visible on the card. Little Legends may crop, resize or format the content for those purposes. This permission continues until withdrawn. NO — do not use publicly. The child’s photo(s) and finished personalised card(s) may be used only to create, proof, fulfil and support the order, and must not be used publicly for Little Legends marketing or promotion.

If Yes is chosen, the parent or guardian can withdraw permission for future marketing use at any time by contacting Little Legends. Little Legends will stop new marketing use and take reasonable steps to remove the content from channels it controls. Withdrawal cannot undo printed material or content already published, distributed or reshared before the withdrawal was received.

Email marketing subscription is separate and optional. You will not be added to the Little Legends marketing email list unless you choose to subscribe separately. See the Privacy & Photo Consent page for more information.
